In The Wee Hours Of The Morning There Were Two Suspicious Vehicles Sittimg Right Before The Loop After I Left From Prayer & Meditation. The Same Place An Organized Car Accident But NO POLICE WAS PRESENT AT THE SCENE FOR ME, A White Woman Was Positioned In The Same Spot AFTER AN ACCIDENT THE SAME YEAR With Three Law Enforcement Vehicles & And An Empty Carseat On Hwy 5 In The Middle Of The Road.
