I Ate A Grapefruit Almost Everyday On My Lunch Break. I Would Peel The Ruby Red Grapefruit With My Thumb Then Separate Each Slice. I Would Precision Cut Each Slice With My Teeth Then Peel Away The Skin In Order To Eat Only The Inside. Oh How Delicious. This Technique Helped Me To Stay Fine While Breastfeeding And My Stomach Was Back Flat In No Time. HAVE A BODACIOUS DAY! September 21, 2024
