Yesterday, before praying this morning, I anointed myself and my child with oil. When I was about to put the top on the oil. My child said, “Don’t forget to anoint our knees. Oh how I greased our knees before kneeling in prayer. I smiled because I believe that God was using him in a miraculous way.
As long as I’ve prayed, I’ve never anointed my knees. Even though I heard this from my child, I listened. I’m sure that it’s effective. Also, I’m extremely grateful that he has started telling me about his dreams. I can’t wait to share them with you. Now, I understand why he received the idea for us to anoint our knees.
I believe the prayers of the righteous avails much. Although their have been times that I’ve felt like I’ve been defeated. I know there will come a time for a massive turn around. I’m extremely grateful that my child encouraged me to anoint my knees.
