It’s Thankful Thursday!
I’m so very thankful for laughter. I was not expecting to see my mother in this funny looking hat when she hopped into my car that day. I had to snap a picture so that I could remember this moment and laugh. Although heaven is her home now, I still have sweet memories of my mother and the love that she shared with me.
Every time that I look at this picture of my mother, I laugh so hard. I don’t know where she purchased this hat. When she would move her head, all those strings would giggle and wiggle. It was so soft and it really kept her head warm.
My mother was the sweetest mother ever. She was very meek and kind. All of the above and I miss her dearly. She taught me nothing but love and was always there for me during the good times and bad times. I have so much to say about her but I’ll keep the focus on this funny hat today.
By the way, I’m guilty of roasting my mom with jokes for wearing this hat in public. I’m smiling while typing because this was a fashion “No No.” Have your mother ever wore anything that was just too funny? I want to hear about it.
