Every time that I have enjoyed the comfort of this hotel has always been in the month of February. Guess Why? It’s because of my favorite football team, The Atlanta Falcons travels to play the Saints. Yes, I’m the one whose pumped up in excitement with southern hospitality from the ATL.
When I step off of the plane, I feel so confident in knowing that I will be treated with the upmost respect and royalty. As I ride in the taxi headed to the hotel, I just smile and enjoy the scenery.
My anticipation of immaculate customer service arise to a level pure satisfaction. Once I arrive at the Royal Sonesta Hotel to check in, I’m greeted with all the bells and whistles. It’s’ absolutely amazing that when I step into the room, immediately I get the “ah-ha” feeling of total relaxation. The curtains are extremely nice and the furniture is classy. The rest room is a sight to see with most of the essentials that I need. The bed is super comfy with fluffy pillows and the sheets and comforter is a must have.
There are so many amenities. For example, the pool area although each time that I’ve gone it has been too cold to dive in and take a swim or even dip my feet in. There is a night club and a fitness center. The concierge service is high standard in addition to a gift shop.
One of the best experiences at the Royal Sonesta Hotel is when my flight was late. Guess what? The bodacious staff was extremely kind to accommodate my needs with an absolutely beautiful Presidential Suite for me to relax in. The scene was a sight for sore eyes.
I take pleasure in giving my personal experience of the best luxury hotel in New Orleans which is the Royal Sonesta Hotel located on Bourbon Street. Right in the middle of all the action and walking distance to Canal street where everybody can shop away. If you are ever in this area, I suggest you try this bodacious star hotel then tell your family, friends and others about it. I guarantee that you will thank me later.
