It’s Thankful Thursday!
This year, I went to Dunkin Donuts to purchase two of my favorites. Unfortunately, a white girl did not submit what I asked for. I gave her a twenty dollar bill. My order came up to $6.08.
Unfortunately, since my order was wrong. I asked for my money back. Sometimes when a person complain about their order some people do nasty things to your food. A black girl came to the window. I was given the incorrect amount of change and a receipt for $1.27.
Immediately, I parked my car then went inside to speak with a manager to correct my order.
The manager was a white woman with an earring in her nose on Fairburn Rd. in Douglasville, Ga. I showed the manager the two receipts and my incorrect change then I asked for my $20 bill back. After her smart remarks. She snatched my receipt from me then refused to give me my twenty dollar bill then called the police. All I wanted was my twenty dollar bill back with no confrontation.
I called the police too because if anyone view the cameras. They will see the manager acting out in a bilergerant way.
The white officer came out. He gave me two fives, nine ones, four quarters and additional thirty-one cents. Also, the white officer gave me three receipts. One for $6.08, another for $1.27 and another for $4.49. In addition to a criminal trespassing form that I had to sign. I just don’t understand why?
I was so furious but acted in a pleasant manner, I told him to check the cameras. I just wanted my twenty dollar bill back. I did not want two fives, nine ones, four quarters or and additional thirty one cents. Or two additional receipts that were not mine.
Of course, the white officer took her side. I took my receipt and refused the two additional receipts and refused the thirty one cents then went on my way.
I’m extremely thankful that I was able to report this to Dunkin Donuts about my horrible experience.
Have you ever had a horrible experience?
