Sacred Journey is the last place that took good care of my mother before she went ahead of me. A few months after her funeral, God placed in my heart to show someone else some compassion and love. Little did I know that it would be a white woman on opioids.
A white woman held the orientation for me to volunteer in a nice place near Sacred Journey Hospice. There others in the orientation that were eager to volunteer just like me.
The first time that I arrived at my companions home. The family members opened the door. They did not introduce themselves or the kids before leaving immediately. That did not detour me from being her companion each time I sat with her. I would make her laugh and we would talk about whatever was on her mind before I left her absolutely peaceful.
One day, I found out that she was no longer home but at the Sacred Journey facility. Guess what? I traveled to see her in my nice sleek black Lexus IS250 with the tag that says Blessing God “BLESSN7”. I sat and talked with her until they gave her medicine that made her go to sleep.
Overall, my quality time with a white woman is one to remember.
Have a Bodacious and Miraculous Day!
