It’s Face the Facts Friday!
This is what Henry had to say about our pastor Bishop Dale C. Bronner. Henry is from New Jersey. He has been a member of Word Of Faith Family Worship Cathedral for six years. Word of mouth lead him to WOF.
I met Henry in line at church last night. While waiting to see Kirk Franklin and buy his CD. He stated that he was reluctant to become a member because it’s a mega church. After getting comfortable with a small church setting in the past, he opt for that.
Unfortunately, many years ago, he was apart of a church that broke him spiritually. Now he guards his heart and knows what to look for. I mentioned that I was very sorry to hear that. Henry said that was his journey to find the right church and not stray him away from it because of people doing him wrong.
Before attending WOF, he had already made up in his mind that he would not join. Guess what? He stated that he cried during majority of the service and joined. Yes, the anointing tends to be heavy at times during service at WOF.
Later that day, he called his sister telling her that he needed to repent of his previous actions. He did not get into details. The thought of a mega church almost blocked his blessing. I enjoyed listening to him give his testimony of finding a BODACIOUS church home.
