Vonda has been an employee for a year. This job pays her vety well. She was very friendly and focused on her job. Fortunately, she was transferred to a new location because her manager said, “She was too good to leave.” At another location, there was so much drama, commotion, backbitting and haters on the job. For over a year, she managed to maintain stability as an employee but it became too much.
I must commend Embassy Suites corporate offuce and management for keeping such a stellar employee.
