It’s Tell the Truth Tuesday!
I could talk to my mother about everything and she would listen.
When I was going through a marriage crisis in my first marriage. My mother advice to me was… I’ll never tell you to stay with your husband and I’ll never tell you to leave your husband. That is your choice because at the end of the day, you will have to live with the consequences of your decision.
When Porsche was a little girl. I tried to control her daily clothing attire. She would wear so bright colorful things that did not match and it would frustrate me. One day, my mother told me to let that child be, meaning let her dress herself and I did.
One day, my oldest sister Lanekia put my house dog outside then someone stole Turbo. I was so mad at my big sister but my mother encouraged me to forgive even though I did not want too.
Turbo was an excited and happy dog that I bought from the Galleria Mall in Cobb County. When I came home, he would run from one room to the next in excitement that I had just came home.
