Recently, I met a single woman with four children who attends Truth Tabernacle Of Praise in Stone Mountain, Ga. She stated that this is a very small church and had so many wonderful things to say about her church home and what they do in the community. Her pastor is Dr. Bobby Atkins. Their mission statement is to Love God. Love People.
Angie is a single woman with three adult children and one child. She is a native of Atlanta and graduated from Terrell High School. She grew up in Zone 6. Angie is a professional at Resurgens Orthopaedics and she loves to read Reader’s Digest. Angie is strong on education and wants her children to know the value of money.
She has been a faithful member of Truth Tabernacle of Praise for 4 years and Dr. Bobby Atkins is the pastor. Her son loves the children’s ministry. Truth Tabernacle of Praise does a lot in the community and has an upcoming Back to School event. They even have missionary trips to the Amazon
Before joining Truth Tabernacle of Praise she had not been to church in 2years. Angie had been praying for a church home. She felt lost without a church home. She missed the fellowship and communion. A friend invited her. She arrived before her friend. The church members were very friendly without even knowing it. Once her friend arrived, her church members were extra nice. Angie feels at home at this church.
