A Church Testimony About The Renaissance Church Of Christ

July 20, 2010

I had the pleasure of meeting a beautiful married woman with an upbeat Spirit who is a faiththful member and greeter of Renaissance Church Of Christ formerly known as West-End Church Of Christ. I interviewed her and she gave a phenomenal testimony about the pastor, teaching, members and more.

I asked her several questions and this is what Sharon’s testimony.

My name is Sharon and I’m a member of the Renaissance church of Christ formerly West-End Church of Christ for 15years.  What I like most about my church is that they are Bible based. If It can’t be found in the Bible then we can’t speak on it. Our minister is young and progressive, very forth-coming and uplifting. The members are very friendly and welcoming. My ministry is I serve a greeter and welcome committee. She serves because it fits her personality.

She has two adult children a son and a daughter and they are both in the church. She has three grandchildren and they love the Lord. One of her grandchildren are baptized, the other two grandchildren are about to become of age to where they understand the importance.

Sharon loves helping people and she works with the elderly as a healthcare administrator. She also loves to help children. Sharon has been married for 5years. She said, “She has a husband who is a good man and pray that they go stronger in the Lord together.

She been in the Church of Christ for 25years. Before she was at Grand Ave. Church of Christ in San Diego, Ca. Prior to that she grew up at Bayview Baptist Church in San Diego, Ca. She changed to the Church of Christ because she likes their principles and teachings. Sharon stated that it just works for her and her family.
